We use the details you send us through the form or by WhatsApp (name, phone number, town or postcode and the description of your problem) to respond to your request for an assessment and contact you about it.

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we handle your request and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. We use service providers for website hosting, customer management (CRM) and messaging, who process data on our behalf. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies. Some providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
